These shoes have become my go to after putting in a lot of miles and gym sessions. The cushioning is exceptional, providing a comfortable yet stable feel. Whether I’m walking the shop floor for hours, hitting the treadmill, or doing post workout cardio, my feet stay comfortable. The all black color way is a plus because it keeps its clean appearance even in a work environment. They offer great support, a smooth ride, and no break in period is required. Easily one of the most comfortable Nike shoes I’ve owned!

It's all about cushioning and padding, which is great. But definitely not for running in summer. Got super hot within minutes to that point that I had to stop and take them off. I have used them now so can't even return. Also bought half size larger and it's still pretty tight.

I used my first pair of Vomeros last year where the second half of the Hennepin 100. This is a truly outstanding shoe, as plus as they come. Ended up using these for a summer of relatively high mileage training. (50-80 miles/week) and I found that they were forgiving enough to keep me going mile after a mile. Compared to my other shoes, and I typically use Brooks Hyperion Max 2s, I found it the neutral and plus right of these issues made up for their relative heft. I thought at first that their overall somewhat bulky size was going to be a problem, but it really wasn’t at all. Quite the contrary, I was able to run much further in these than it was in the much snappier Hyperions. I will note that the sole of this shoe is relatively minimalist and does not hold up particularly well to the high miles, but on road and path surfaces this was a non-issue. See images. I don’t bring this up as a knock against the shoe, but worth mentioning. I believe that the newer version has the option of an upgraded sole, which I would recommend assuming they are more bomber than the original sole.
