The bottoms were very comfortable and fitted like a dream, plenty of comfort. Sizing was perfect for me. The top was a large and fitted much bigger than expected. A medium would have fitted much better but comfort levels were high. Great for chilling out or just popping about, wouldn’t like to wear whilst exercising.

Upon first look, I instantly felt the design of these shorts stood out. in a good way! They are very much in their own lane design wise. It's not your typical design as it beautifully stands out with the golden and black drawstring with matte tips, featuring a subtle black stitched Nike swoosh on the bottom left of the legs and a bold embroidered Nike logo patch on the back pockets. But not just any logo, an old school red and white Nike logo, which for me is my favourite feature. In terms of functionality, there is one back pocket and two open front side pockets which were quite practical for me when walking and running as my phone didn't fall out, so it was secure when performing those actions. However, when I wore these to the gym and did the seated leg press and cycling, my phone did happen to drop out which was the only downfall for me. I'm sure if these had zips, that would definitely solve all the problems without ruining the design of these shorts. Performance wise, my favourite thing about the shorts is that it didn't stick to me when I was sweating during my gym sessions, nor did I feel irritated by the materials as the material is super light weight and breathable. To add also, it honestly didn't even feel like I was wearing anything throughout most points of my gym session! The only small thing to point out performance wise was that the shorts did ride up my thigh when running or cycling, but this is more due to my body type as I have big thighs, so might just be a big thigh problem rather than the shorts, so in hindsight I probably would've sized up to reduce that issue. The durability of these shorts is also amazing! I was a bit skeptical of the bold nike logo patch, and felt this would be uncomfortable when sitting down, but boy was I wrong! I barely felt it when doing seated exercise movements. The shorts also have a slight stretch to it, so that also makes it even more comfortable when putting them on, as they fit very much true to size but also leave a perfect room for movement without feeling like your suffocating in them. Overall this is a quality pair of shorts with an exquisite yet simple design. It does what its meant to do, which is to allow you to move and burn a sweat without feeling irritated or uncomfortable. The materials are also high quality and super light which is a big win!

Great shorts super comfy.. have used them so far for running yoga and biking and works well for all and looking good at the same time, no chaffing which is excellent for me as I struggle to find shorts that don’t. Pockets are nice and deep, one side could maybe use a zip to keep my phone secure. Love the gold in drawstring really sets them apart.
