Cómo tomar las medidas
PECHO: mide la parte más amplia del pecho con la cinta para medir en posición horizontal.
CINTURA: mide la parte más estrecha (normalmente, la zona lumbar y donde el cuerpo se dobla de lado a lado) y mantén la cinta métrica de manera horizontal.
