Poor quality shoe, the worse Nike purchase

I love the contrast of the black and white color way. The shoe is unbelievably light weight. It does fit a bit narrow I found so I had to loosen the laces quit a bit. I don’t normally require a wide shoe. The fabric is breathable and feels durable while also being flexible enough to not feel binding on my toes. The thing I love the most about this shoe is the light weight feel and comfort of the elevated sole. I would say the narrow fit would be the reason why I could not rate this shoe 5 star

These shoes are great for training days at the gym. Initially I felt like the shoes were narrow and had a tight fit but they stretched out and felt more comfy a few minutes after starting my workout but I’d still recommend probably going a half size up. During my workouts the cushion in the sole was perfect. This is my favorite feature of the shoe. It gave my heels the support they needed during lunges, squats, and other high impact movements. The design is basic but in a good way. It’s not too busy or flashy and effective for the function of the shoes. The material on the shoe is durable and easy to clean. They also do not make my feet feel hot. The shoestrings are a good length and shape. They don’t typically come untied during the workout. There’s nothing I’d change about this show. The shoe is really comfortable and I’d recommend them if you’re looking for a new gym shoe. I’d love to get these in other colors as well.

These Nike running sneakers were incredibly easy to slip on and within minutes I was ready to hit the pavement. These sneakers are well-made and sturdy. The extra cushioning throughout the midsole and multiple layers of padding ensure a comfortable experience for my feet. The mesh upper feels very breathable and I love the classic black and white colorway. One of my favorite features is the durable rubber outsole that provides excellent traction on various surfaces. I also love that these sneakers have responsive foam cushioning that makes each step feel bouncy and energized. We all know how dirty running shoes can get, and the easy-to-clean materials will keep them looking fresh for many miles! The one complaint I have is that the laces tend to come untied easily during longer runs. This can be a little annoying when you're in your rhythm and have to stop to retie them. Overall, these are good, reliable running sneakers that fit true to size in both length and width and will accommodate my training needs for many miles to come.

As a mom of three very energetic little kids (ages 2, 6, and 8), I feel like I spend my entire day on my feet running after someone, carrying snacks, cleaning up spills, and navigating playgrounds, grocery stores, and school pick-up lines. Add plantar fasciitis into the mix, and you can imagine how miserable my feet used to feel by lunchtime, let alone by bedtime. I’ve tried so many different sneakers over the years, hunting for the perfect combination of support, comfort, and style. Most shoes either felt too bulky, lacked real arch support, or just didn't hold up under the demands of my daily mom-life chaos. I honestly didn't expect much when I tried the Nike Metro Tek sneakers, but WOW, I am completely blown away. -Comfort & Support (10/10) The first thing I noticed when I put them on was the instant arch support. It hugs my foot in all the right places, and it almost felt like the shoes were custom-molded to my feet. For someone who suffers from plantar fasciitis, this is everything. I usually feel that stabbing heel pain first thing in the morning, but since wearing these shoes, it’s virtually disappeared. The cushioning is next-level, soft enough to absorb impact when I’m chasing kids at the park, but still firm and supportive where I need it most. I’ve worn these on long walks, to amusement parks, and even during frantic grocery runs with a toddler in tow and a baby strapped to my chest—and I never once felt that burning or aching pain I used to live with. -Performance (9.5/10) These sneakers are lightweight but super durable. I’m constantly bending, lifting, kneeling, and moving in every direction imaginable, and the Metro Tek sneakers flex and move with me without ever feeling flimsy. The grip is also fantastic, no slipping on smooth tile floors or wet pavement. I feel stable and grounded, which is important when I’ve got a kid pulling on one hand and another running off in the opposite direction! Also worth noting: they breathe well, so even when working out on 90° days, I don’t get that gross, sweaty-foot feeling. -Easy to Clean (Bonus Mom Points!) Let’s be honest, when you're a mom, shoes are going to get messy. Mine have survived juice spills, sandbox dust, muddy playgrounds, and even a ketchup explosion (don’t ask 😅). These wipe clean easily and seem to stand up well to the abuse. -Style (9/10) I also love that they don’t look like orthopedic shoes. These are cool-looking sneakers that pair just as well with leggings and a hoodie as they do with jeans and a casual top. I’ve actually had other moms stop me to ask what shoes I’m wearing. That never used to happen when I was stuck wearing the clunky “comfort” shoes my podiatrist used to recommend! -Final Thoughts If you're a mom with foot pain, especially plantar fasciitis, do yourself a favor and try the Nike Metro Tek sneakers. I can’t believe how much they’ve changed my day-to-day life. I used to dread standing up after sitting for too long because of the pain. Now I’m literally running after my kids without even thinking about it. They’ve turned something as basic as walking back into a pain-free experience, and that alone is worth every penny. These are hands-down the best sneakers I’ve ever owned, and I’ll be buying another pair just to have as a backup. Nike, please never stop making the Metro Tek—because this busy mom isn’t slowing down any time soon!

Super comfortable and supportive, great to walk and run in. I have been looking for a new pair of lightweight sneakers to get back in a workout routine and these are a great addition. The fabric on the shoe is breathable and flexible enough for HIT workouts and weight lifting too.

I hadn't bought a Nike in awhile but these were so comfy. They had a good amount of stretch and AMAZING support around the heel and in the sole. Wore them over multiple Europe travel days and they held up really well. Comfy enough for errands as well as ten thousand step days. Getting it in more colours !!!

If I could make one change, it would be to add a bit more cushioning in the midsole for longer sessions.

I absolutely LOVE my new Nike Metro Teks. I am blown away by how comfortable they are. Even after a long day of wearing them, my feet are not aching and hurting like some other shoes I have. I am really happy with the design of the shoe, the color combination of black & white makes the shoes look nice with so many types and styles of clothes. The materials used is really breathable and has a high quality feel to it. The build quality of the shoe is very good as well—I can tell they will hold up and last a long time, I will definitely get a lot of usage out of them! I am so happy with these shoes, I look forward to wearing them because they are so comfy! The only little thing I would mention is they run a tiny bit smaller than most shoes, but nothing drastic. I usually wear a 10.5 and with these shoes I think an 11 would be perfect, but it doesn't affect the comfort at all (just a tiny thing I noticed).
