I bought these because reviews said they came up large and I usually take a wide fitting. I bought my usual size, 6, and they fit perfectly. Snug but comfortable and very supportive. Extremely pleased with them. Best trainers I have ever owned.

Cushioned inside and comfortable! Flatter than I thought they would be but I’ve been wearing my vista lites, so everything is quite flat compared to them. I’ve used these for HIIT classes, in the gym and for weight training. They have been comfortable no rubbing, sturdy and lovely cushioning. I got my usual size, a little roomie but I have narrow feet, may have got away with a 5.5 but I usually get a size 6 in Nike anyway so true to size. Got the Black and white trainers, they look and feel great! Would recommend!

These are a nice comfy trainers but.. I had previously got size 5.5 in other Nike trainers and was fine. These seem to be a little big. Stick to your size although other reviews said go for a bigger size which I did and it wasn't a case. Therefore only 4stars. Can't return as already tried in the gym. Overall they look nice!
